The owner of SwellWomen, Lulu strives to inspire others to prioritize their own health, to live a more-balanced existence, and to find their bliss. A graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Lulu is a Certified Wellness and Lifestyle Coach powered by the know-how and the experience to empower her clients towards making healthy, sustainable changes over the long haul. Her work as a personal chef for the past decade-plus has been invaluable in helping to promote the benefits of healthy eating and top-quality cuisine. Lulu embodies the passion and drive to bring other women together to discover a new sense of vitality and limitless growth, and has worked tirelessly in her commitment to live authentically and in harmony with her surroundings.

Michelle Lappin

Michelle came to a realization 15 years ago: she needed to find a way to fit self-care back into her life. A demanding career and three kids at home (two born back-to-back in her late 30s) left precious little time for herself, and getting back into a wellness routine seemed far out of her reach. Armed with the determination to solve her own problem, Michelle sought out a wide array of disciplines and skills to enhance her life and her health practices, and to give herself the same care that she so expertly gave to others. The journey has led her to help other busy women simplify their own daily routines, and to cultivate a healthier connection between the mind, the body, and the soul. Her training and experience include over 10 years of individual and group fitness training, yoga instruction, and wellness coaching.

You can expect to increase your energy and to feel better than you’ve felt in a long time, or perhaps than you ever thought possible! You will likely feel tired and even moderately anxious for the first 3-5 days of the challenge as your body adapts to a new routine and way-of-being free from toxins and the foods that do not serve you.

Most of our participants are focused on weight loss: women on average have lost anywhere from 5-10 pounds, whereas men have reported losing anywhere from 10-20 pounds, depending on how much weight they actually have to lose.

In addition to gaining access to our fully supported online program and pre-challenge materials, you will receive access to our private Facebook group for additional coaching, educational information, and inspirational materials including grocery lists, meal planning, and recipes to bolster your efforts.

The challenge and its unique approach are adaptable to many different eating patterns and specifications, from keto to vegetarian. Our coaches are experienced in helping you to navigate through both adopting the program to your dietary preferences and in helping you to navigate the holiday season and all its potential roadblocks.

  • Order your essential products and ingredients in advance of the start date
  • Weigh yourself and take measurements, e.g. waist circumference
