I welcome you to join me for the Heart-to-Heart Immersion - a month-long program that I am offering on-line from Wednesday March 25th-Friday April 24th. I will be posting multiple classes each day for you to practice along with according to your own schedule. Once posted, the classes will remain available for you to view all month long as many times as you wish. Classes will vary in duration from 5 minutes to 2 hours and will include the following styles: yin, yoga nidra, meditation, pranayama, gentle, chair, hatha, vinyasa, myofascial release with therapy balls, philosophy discussions, as well as specific-focus workshops. The cost of the program is $135 which can be paid by venmo, zelle, paypal, or by sending a check in the mail.
